General turn around for instock products is 3-5 business days, and 3-7 business days for multi-box orders. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated during checkout, and we offer various shipping options for you to choose from.
- Duties & Importing: All shipments originate from Canada and all import duties levied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Dropshipping: We allow dropshipping, as long as the value of your dropshipments in the last consecutive 12 months does not exceed 10% of the value of your regular orders for the same period. There are no extra charges for dropshipments.
- Payment Terms: We accept payments through our secure online payment system, or by e-transfer. Payment is due at the time of your order. For approved wholesale customers, we may offer net 30 payment terms, subject to credit approval.
- Returns and Exchanges: We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you encounter any issues with your wholesale order, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you with returns or exchanges.
